Guiding Vision

That every child has access to educational / vocational learning and development so that they can develop their full potential and that of their communities and this access is an unquestioned, natural and realisable right as set out in Articles 25 & 26 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948 and Articles 28 & 29 in The Convention on the Protection of the Rights of the Child, 1989.
